The Company has assembled a team of highly accomplished individuals with backgrounds in loyalty/discount programs, advertising and promotion, marketing, sales, communication, social networking, management, IT and international marketing.

Each of the Company’s top executives has a personal relationship with the CEO and founder and a proven track record of success in their respective fields. Further, and perhaps most important, they have the personalities enabling them to work together as a team dedicated to achieving the Company’s goals.

Franklin A. Wolfson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Franklin A. Wolfson graduated from the Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York where he majored in advertising and marketing and was awarded the Bernard M. Baruch Memorial Scholarship.

He received his MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from New York University, one of the top business schools in the country.

After graduating from New York University, Graduate School of Business Administration, he was selected as the first candidate in a program where he was groomed to become a divisional president of Kaiser-Roth Corporation. At that time, Kaiser-Roth was the largest apparel conglomerate in the United States.

After five very successful years at Kaiser-Roth, where he received numerous promotions for helping turn around several failing divisions and creating a very successful sportswear division, Mr. Wolfson decided that he wanted to live in California and set out for the West Coast.

Shortly after moving to California, he became a partner and president of Kostar, Inc., and helped build that company into one of the fastest growing shirt companies in America. Critical to Kostar’s success was Mr. Wolfson ability to convince Daewoo, then the largest trading company in Korea, to support his fledgling company, which was the first to produce high quality shirts from Korea.

The company was able to grow rapidly due to the innovative marketing and management concepts Franklin introduced and his vision led to making Kostar the first apparel company to introduce fully computerized systems throughout every department thus enabling it to grow very rapidly and provide substantially above average service to its more than 10,000 retail accounts.

The company developed an enviable reputation due to its ability to combine high fashion with high quality and deliver its orders accurately and on time to a wide variety of stores throughout the country.

After Mr. Wolfson sold his interest in the company to one of his partners, he became president of Buckaroo International (Bugle Boy) where he implemented new marketing and management policies that helped turn that business around from a company deeply mired in red ink to one of the largest and most successful apparel companies in America. Mr. Wolfson laid the foundation for Bugle Boy to grow to more than $1 billion in annual sales.

He was recognized for his accomplishments by being elected to “Who’s Who in Finance and Marketing” and “Who’s Who in the West.”

After leaving the apparel industry, Mr. Wolfson became founder and president of Play To Win!, a company dedicated to helping children avoid the dangers of using drugs. Mr. Wolfson was the creative force and chief writer of the children’s anti-drug program, Captain Quantum Vs. The Ugly Druggies®, and the creator and one of the writers of Rain Must Not Fall™, a movie script based upon new and existing characters from his unique drug prevention program.

Sometime around 2005, after analyzing a variety of business opportunities, Mr. Wolfson had an “epiphany” and created a business model based upon a self-evident truth that every organization constantly needs a reliable and growing source of revenue. This became the foundation for creating Revenue Enhancement Worldwide.

The memorable name, coupled with innovative marketing strategies and lucrative sales and employee compensation packages have attracted a number of highly successful and experienced managers and associates who have joined his team.

In summary, Mr. Wolfson has created a number of innovative business concepts by thinking “outside the box.” He is a creative marketer with a wide variety of product, marketing and management experience who believes that it is not only possible, but also highly effective, to produce products and services that can be valuable to its Clients, advantageous to its members, profitable to the Company, lucrative to its employees, rewarding to its investors and beneficial to the community.

Franklin Wolfson has had his background checked and cleared at Clear Directory.

Phil Turner, Mobile Opportunities Director

No one outside Apple has been coding for the iPhone longer than Phil and very few more successfully.  Phil was one of the first to recognize and take advantage of the marketing potential of the iPhone and he wasted no time in founding Anywise Enterprise, a software development company designed specifically to capitalize on the paradigm change “smart phones” would have on the way people receive information, communicate and interact with each other, conduct research, share information, receive entertainment, transact business and purchase items both on and off line. His flagship product, Gym Buddy, introduced several years ago still remains the number one app in its category.

Being on the App Store from the beginning has allowed Phil to analyze trends and understand what it takes to make an app successful. He has been able to effectively employ this knowledge in a number of instances. One of his most recent successes involved his partnership in the marketing of a game, “Thum vs. Thum,” that resulted in more than 120,000 downloads in just three days catapulting it to “Top 25” status on multiple lists, thus generating even more publicity for the app.

With the recent success of the iPad and its slate of imitators, Phil again realized the impact this new generation of tablet computers would have in the market, especially for companies seeking to use technology as a cost effective method to increase their marketing efforts. He felt so strongly about this, even though Microsoft had been struggling to develop a market niche for its tablet computers for more than a decade, that he focused his attention on producing an app that would have immediate impact on all who saw it. His creation, known as the Matrix, is a video wall app specifically designed to take advantage of the unique capabilities of the iPad.

Phil debuted the Matrix at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Las Vegas in February 2011 and marketers quickly recognized the powerful effect his software, combined with the iPad could have for presenting their products at trade shows. The impact was so great that Phil was invited to the National Restaurant Association’s 2011 show in Chicago, as a paid consultant, to create and demonstrate a 70 iPad Matrix that will be the first of its kind and is expected to garner worldwide attention.  Additional projects are in the works, including one project involving 512 iPads.

Phil is also a principal in a new project (which he is legally bound not to discuss) that was a final round selection of incubator Y Combinator’s Summer 2011 funding program that is being sponsored and funded by the Chilean Government. This program pays and trains entrepreneurs to start their companies in Chile. Phil’s partner will be the project manager and will spend six months in Chile. Phil will consult on the project but still reside in the US.

Although, Phil is a graduate of the University of California with a degree in Philosophy, his passion for technology began when he was a teenager, long before computers were household items. In fact his first foray into programming for handheld mobile devices was way back in 1991, writing a program to analyze holes in the pari-mutuel system for horse racing. Phil has a diverse business background that includes retail management, building and rehabilitating houses, holding a Real Estate Broker’s license, running for U.S. Congress and California State Assembly. This background gives him a unique view of technology and how it can be implemented in our lives on a daily basis.

Matt Sullivan, Sr. VP, Wealth Management

Matt is a recent addition to our team and provides an additional link to help our Clients manage and coordinate all the financial aspects of their business so they are in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.

Creativity and innovation is what drives most entrepreneurs, not paperwork and compliance with rules and regulations. Entrepreneurs are usually bored by those tasks as necessary as they are so they tend to place them on the back burner. However, when something negative affects the business, those entrepreneurs that failed to complete all those boring and relatively inexpensive and annoying details find themselves in a time-consuming and expensive situation because they failed to pay attention to those boring details, which, if handled properly, would not have left them and their businesses vulnerable.

Building a successful business is generally a long, difficult and frustrating experience but the rewards can be incredible, the lifestyle unsurpassed and the satisfaction unmatched… but when done carelessly, everything you’ve worked for could all be gone in a heartbeat leaving only anguish, frustration, despair and crushed dreams in its place.

Matt is a key member of a team of experienced professionals that can help your business increase its revenue without cost or risk. Now with Matt on board, he’ll make sure you have the guidance and tools to minimize your problems and when one arises, you’ll have the proper documentation that will prevent or minimize your loss of assets and reputation while protecting you from prosecution due to negligence.

Matt’s experience as a mortgage banker, Registered Agent, licensed insurance professional, commercial lender with rated and nonrated mortgage-backed securities coupled with his knowledge of business appraisals, loan underwriting and his work with financial institutions that resulted in the sale of approximately $2,000,000,000 of servicing portfolios gives him a unique insight to guide independent entrepreneurs on their road to success while avoiding all the potholes along the way.

Matt has intense knowledge of all types of funding vehicles and has the experience and creativity to develop funding solutions for clients who find themselves in unique situations with seemingly unsolvable problems.

His expertise in compliance and RESPA issues provides a unique insight to solving client problems and improving investor relations from a wider perspective than those who rely on strictly conventional methods.

Matt’s experience on the Board of Directors of the Nevada Mortgage Bankers Association and his performance in originating and funding an average of $2 million per month in spot loans will be invaluable in guiding REW’s clients to growing their businesses faster, more securely and at less cost.

Captain Leonard ‘Len’ Kaine, USN-Retired

Veterans and Armed Services Advisor

Captain Leonard “Len” Kaine is a “real deal” Navy Top Gun Fighter Pilot. He began life as an unassuming coal miner’s kid with a public high school education. But with high motivation and dedication, he was able to serve his nation with distinction earning two Combat Distinguished Flying Crosses, Seven Combat Air Medals, two Navy Commendation Medals with Combat V (Valor); Navy Unit Commendation Ribbon, National Defense Medal with one Bronze Star, Vietnam Service Medal with three Bronze Stars; a Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device and a ‘Command at Sea’ Star.

Two days before his 18th birthday, Len enlisted, and was given a series of tests. He nailed the exams. In a matter of months he was whisked off to flight training at NAS Pensacola FL as a Naval Aviation Cadet. Upon completion he received his Navy Wings with a date of rank as a “Teen-Age” Ensign.

Len was ordered to NAS Oceana and then assigned to Fighter Squadron 61 flying the F3 Demon. Two years later, Len was the only Aviator in the squadron chosen to upgrade to the F8 Crusader—the first Navy fighter to exceed 1000 MPH!

In 1959, he finished in the top 10% of all F8 Crusader graduates and was sent to VF-84 at NAS Oceana. In that same year his air to air gunnery skills earned him the title as the East Coast F-8 “Top Gun” pilot and a month later, the All Navy F8 “Top Gun” pilot.

For five months in 1960, VF-84 was deployed to Rota Spain. During that time Len was the Skipper’s wingman performing the Blue Angel air show through Spain, southern France, northern Italy and for the Sixth Fleet Flagship in the Mediterranean.

Beginning in April 1961, Len was assigned a three-year tour as an F8 Fighter Pilot Instructor in Jacksonville, Florida. Being conversant in French, he was also selected as an instructor for the first four French Naval Aviators to be trained in the F8. While there, he also set a modern day Navy flight record in air combat maneuvering by flying six different aircraft types in two days. His combat tactics manual later became the primer for the Navy’s “Top Gun School”.

In June 1964, Len was a Navigator of USS Enterprise “The Big E” as part of the first Nuclear Powered Task Force to circumnavigate the globe unreplenished.

He narrated Fire-Power Flight Demonstrations for the Heads of 22 countries in French, Spanish and English.

In August 1966, Len completed F4 Phantom training in VF-121 at NAS Miramar with the highest flight  grades ever assigned, “according to its CO, CDR Scott Lamoreaux.”

As the conflict with Vietnam escalated in 1966, Len flew in VF 92 with Air Wing 9 back aboard “The Big E”.  She was the first nuclear-powered carrier to engage in air combat over North Vietnam.

Len served as the ‘Fighter Tactics Training Officer’ and ushered in the modernized, three dimensional “Loose Deuce” similar to the “Thach Weave”, originally developed during WWII by Commander ‘Jimmy Thach’, a hero in the Battle of Midway.  As life often shows it’s a small world, one day in Coronado, Len met his neighbor, retired Admiral ‘Jimmy’ Thach.  They shared their combat stories.

Len flew a total of 103 combat missions during 132 days in combat. Because of his special attributes in teaching and training other pilots, VF 92 was one of a handful of squadrons that did not lose a single plane in combat.

Len received the highest number of VF-92 combat nominations.

Another “Attaboy” was when USAF Colonel Robin Olds and his vice commander, Colonel Daniel ‘Chappie’ James, made a trip to the “Big E” for a combat briefing with Air Wing Aviators. Len was asked to host a special, semi-private fighter tactics discussion in VF-92’s Ready Room.

It was a fine meeting with Robin Olds, who had been a Triple Ace in WWII.
He integrated Len’s  “Loose Deuce” Navy tactics into his USAF combat program.

Following his second combat deployment to North Vietnam, Len left active duty. In October of 1967, Len joined the Reserves as combat tactics instructor of VA-772’s A4s at NAS Los Alamitos, CA and later became the XO & CO of VF-22L1, the first F4s at Los Alamitos.

In November,1970 he became CO of RTU-301 in F8s at NAS Miramar.

In January 1972 he took Command of VF-301 in F8s at Miramar. During this assignment, VF-301 won every award available as the Top Navy Crusader Fighter Squadron.

In July of 1973 he became Commander of Air Wing 321 NAS Miramar.

Then in January 1975 a Senior Staff Officer at NAS North Island.

In April 1977 was the youngest Naval Officer promoted to Captain.

In 1979 was selected for promotion to Rear Admiral, but because of his World-wide charity work in the Golden Rule Society and family responsibilities, he chose retirement in January 1980 at Coronado CA with 432 Carrier Landings and over 4000 military flight hours.

For his wartime and peacetime efforts Len was one of the first to be selected as a Hero on Coronado’s Avenue of Heroes. His banner hung on the same cross street with General “Jimmy Doolittle”. He was in good company.

Len is the Founder and President of the Golden Rule Society charity, which he formed in 1972, along with his wife Anne, to serve the defenders of our freedoms and their families.

Three nominations for the Nobel Peace prize have been submitted to honor his dedicated efforts to help make it a better and more peaceful world.

Received the “US President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteer service in 2006. Senator John McCain pinned on the medal.

Named 2010 Veteran of the Year by US Department of Veterans Affairs.

And, his Golden Rule Society was selected as the National charity of choice.
